When Your Home Isn't Selling You Need to Change Your Offer

Jim and Vera, a senior couple, needed to sell their home in Kitsap County to move into a senior care community. They hired Silver Bridge Senior Transitions to help them move, liquidate the personal property, prepare their home for a sale at an optimum price and market the home to create an auction interest.
